Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set out the conditions for using StepOpen (the “App”). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
1. The service
The App helps you build digital habits by temporarily locking apps you choose and unlocking them when you reach a target step count. It uses Health (HealthKit) to measure steps and Screen Time (Family Controls) to lock apps.
2. Subscription (StepOpen Plus / Pro)
- Some features of the App are provided through the paid subscriptions “StepOpen Plus” and “StepOpen Pro.”
- Plus includes up to 5 locked apps, up to 2 custom step goals, custom reminder time, temporary-unlock duration options, and app icon themes.
- Pro includes everything in Plus, plus unlimited apps and custom goals, schedules, detailed insights, Strict Mode, rest day, and CSV export.
- The prices are Plus: ¥380/month or ¥3,000/year; Pro: ¥600/month or ¥4,800/year (prices are subject to change; we will give advance notice of any change).
- The Pro monthly and yearly plans may include a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription.
- The subscription renews automatically. Unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, it renews automatically and your Apple Account is charged the renewal fee.
- You can manage or cancel your purchase anytime in your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect from the next renewal; fees already paid are generally non-refundable (refunds follow Apple's policy).
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed.
3. Health disclaimer
The App does not provide medical or health advice. Please set step goals within a range that is comfortable for your own condition. If you have any concerns about your health, consult a doctor before exercising. We are not responsible for any health problems arising from use of the App.
4. Prohibited conduct
Copying, modifying, or reverse-engineering the App, using it in violation of laws or public order and morals, and any other act that interferes with the operation of the App are prohibited.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is,” without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or the like. Features may become unavailable due to changes in Health or Screen Time, OS updates, and similar events. We are liable for damages arising from your use of the App only to the extent permitted by law.
6. Intellectual property
Rights to the App and its related designs, names, and the like belong to us or the rightful owners.
7. Changes to these terms
We may change these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If a dispute arises regarding the App, the court with jurisdiction over our location shall be the exclusive agreed court of first instance.

利用規約
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、StepOpen（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。 本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
1. サービス内容
本アプリは、利用者が選んだアプリを一時的にロックし、目標の歩数に到達することでロックを解除する、 デジタル習慣づくりを支援するアプリです。歩数の判定にはヘルスケア（HealthKit）、ロックにはスクリーンタイム（Family Controls）を利用します。
2. サブスクリプション（StepOpen Plus / Pro）
- 本アプリの一部機能は、有料サブスクリプション「StepOpen Plus」および「StepOpen Pro」で提供されます。
- Plusでは、アプリ5個まで、カスタム歩数2個まで、通知時刻の変更、一時解除の長さ選択、アプリアイコンきせかえ等を利用できます。
- Proでは、Plusの全機能に加えて、アプリ無制限、カスタム歩数無制限、スケジュール、詳細インサイト、ストリクトモード、おやすみ日、CSVエクスポート等を利用できます。
- 料金は、Plus 月額 ¥380 / 年額 ¥3,000、Pro 月額 ¥600 / 年額 ¥4,800 です（価格は変更される場合があります。変更は事前に告知します）。
- Proの月額プランおよび年額プランには、初回登録時に7日間の無料トライアルが適用される場合があります。トライアル期間終了の24時間前までに解約しない場合、有料サブスクリプションへ自動更新されます。
- サブスクリプションは自動更新されます。現在の期間終了の24時間前までに自動更新をオフにしない限り、自動的に更新され、お客様の Apple アカウントに更新料金が請求されます。
- 購入の管理・解約は、お客様のApp Store アカウント設定からいつでも行えます。解約は次回更新分から適用され、すでに支払われた料金の返金は原則行いません（返金は Apple のポリシーに従います）。
- お支払いは、購入確定時にお客様の Apple アカウントへ請求されます。
3. 健康に関する免責
本アプリは医療・健康に関する助言を提供するものではありません。歩数目標はご自身の体調に合わせて無理のない範囲で設定してください。 体調に不安がある場合は、運動を行う前に医師にご相談ください。本アプリの利用により生じた健康上の問題について、当方は責任を負いません。
4. 禁止事項
本アプリの複製・改変・リバースエンジニアリング、法令や公序良俗に反する利用、その他本アプリの運営を妨げる行為を禁止します。
5. 免責事項
本アプリは現状有姿で提供され、特定目的への適合性等を保証するものではありません。 ヘルスケアやスクリーンタイムの仕様変更、OS のアップデート等により機能が利用できなくなる場合があります。 本アプリの利用に起因してお客様に生じた損害について、当方は法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。
6. 知的財産
本アプリおよび関連するデザイン・名称等に関する権利は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。
7. 規約の変更
当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。
8. 準拠法・裁判管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合は、当方の所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
